We let S Boss calm down first and promised to "check the edging quality and measure the speed. If it does not meet the requirements, we can move the automatic edge polishing machine at any time." S Boss agreed, sitting in front of the automatic edger and watching with his own eyes. After our technicians conduct a thorough inspection, the machine starts to run automatically. 1) First we start the test round plates, 5 pcs per minute, 8 pcs per minute, 11 pcs per minute; OK PASS. 2) Then test oval plates and trays. 3) After 3 hours, boss S was very happy, he said: "GOOD, SHELLY. Very good machine! We need more automatic edge polish machines". In the summer, in the high-temperature workshop, S Boss sat for 3 hours and personally confirmed the benefits brought by the automatic edger. Workers no longer have to sit on chairs and repeat the same action, and the workshop is no longer full of semi-finished products because the automatic edger can work better.   3. The reason is that the plates are always stacked and placed before and after use in the restaurant. After a period of time, there will be many scratches on the surface of the black plates. The most serious scratches are the overlapping surfaces of the dinner plates. Try to change the characteristics of the raw material to make the scratches or overlap marks on the plate smaller. However, the characteristics of raw material cannot solve this problem. 2. Change the shape of the dinner plate slightly so that it does not touch when overlapping. However, other scratches on the dinner plate cannot be solved. 3. Change the chrome-plated layer on the surface of the compression mold and change the glossy surface to a matte finish. Finally, the problem of scratches on the plates is solved.   Advantages of matte-finished products The black dinner plate with matt finish is better than the glossy surface which has been accepted by many customers. Black melamine products are particularly suitable for matte or etching effects. Matt finished product grade is one level higher. Service Client: N.S Plastic & Melamine Tableware Factory Machine Model: 300 tons split melamine press machine Machine Problem: Pressure dropping during running Service Way: Online communication Solving Time: 2 days Case: When the split molding machine is pressuring, the pressure dropping to show from the oil gauge, the machine cannot press properly. Now check one by one: 1. Check the outside surface of the machine, if there is any place oil leak:  1-1. Main cylinder 1-2. Air-released hole at the backside of cylinder (Picture 1) Picture 1   1-3. Air gauge (Picture 2 ) 1-4. Pressure relieve valve (Picture 2) Picture 2   2. If there is no oil leak from the above mentioned parts, then come to check the Pressure Relieve Valve. Open the valve and check if the rubber seal is broken or not. If the rubber seal is broken, there will be oil leak, need to replace new seal. If the rubber seal is not broken, then clean the valve by water and air gun, to clean the foreign matters out if have. Then replace this valve back.   3. After replacing the Relieve valve, if the pressure still drops, then comes to check the Check-valve. Open the valve and clean it.   4. After replacing the Check-valve, and the problem still not solved, then comes to check the next part, Air-Released Valve: It needs to remove this part properly and carefully, because of the oil seal is different shapes ( we have a video to show how to remove):   After removing this valve, and then run this valve at hand, we can see if there are any foreign matters inside to stop the valve closing properly, and the machine pressure drops.   Within 2 days (due to time difference between 2 countries), the problem of pressure drops of melamine tableware split molding machine solved finally, thanks for cooperation work from the melamine tableware factory’s engineers team.
