A: 1. Iron sheets on the suction slide rail: Ensure their position is correct.

The distance from the lower end of the iron sheet to the lower end of the copper sheet on the suction assembly should be 22 - 22.5 CM. Deviations can cause inaccurate extraction or damage to the suction assembly.

2. Relay: Verify if the relay working with the sensor functions properly.

At the normal distance (22 - 22.5 CM), when the extraction (material pick-up) moves up and the iron sheet rises, the relay should light up when it senses the iron sheet. If not, the relay may be faulty and needs replacement.

Following these steps can resolve material extraction system problems.

1. After installing the electronic tube, turn on the power for more than 10 minutes.

2. Adjust the timer to test for accuracy of timing and check whether the cover is open or not as timer showing.
