Automatic Melamine Ware Edge Polishing Machine

FEEDING 

• Stacked placement, and manipulator auto-fetch the material to the conveyer belt. Drastically reduce the personnel 

POLISHING

• Cloth wheel polishing, for surface polishing after fine grinding.
• The waxing time can be automatically set, and it will automatically alarm when there is no wax.
• Generally, the round polishing speed is about 5 seconds/piece.

ROUGH GRINDING

• Can grind polygon products.
• Adjust the grinding speed and depth according to the burr thickness.
• 5 seconds can grind one circle product as usual.
• 8 seconds can grind one special shape product as usual.

FLEXIBLE GRINDING

• For surface finishing after rough grinding.
• Reduce the roughness of the grinding surface, and fillet the sharp corners after grinding.
• Generally, round grinding speed is about 5 seconds/piece, and special shape grinding speed is about 8 seconds/piece.

RECEIVING MATERIAL

• After grinding, the product is collected by the manipulator, and the material is collected and stacked.
• The maximum storage number is about 230 pieces.
