Replace the blower capacitor

The cover motor capacitor is broken:

1.the cover can’t open or close; or open shortly and then again close

2.the motor cannot stop

Replace the cover motor capacitor

The other capacitors broken:

1.the cover jumps and the machine cannot work

Replace the capacitors

Troubleshooting

The burned out phosphor bronze sheet on the upper cover will cause the damage (oxidation) of the lower corner copper when closed. It also causes frequent cover jumps and accelerated aging and damage of the tube.

Replace the damaged phosphor bronze in time

Burning and oxidation of the high-voltage output copper sheet and grid copper sheet will cause frequent cover jumps and accelerate the aging and damage of the electronic tube.

Replace the high-voltage output copper and grid copper

Troubleshooting

The transformer wire is not tighten well, so the wire end is burned out at high temperature during work

Tighten all thread terminals

Diode breakdown, which may cause the phase transformer to burn out.

Replace the diode

Too much dust on the transformer causes poor heat dissipation, then the transformer will burn out when the temperature rising

Regularly clean up the internal and external of machine

The preheater is moved on uneven ground just after running

Don't move the machine soon after running, but keep its place for cooling first

Contactor dynamic and static contact sintering

Use good quality contactors

The protection circuit is partially damaged (over-current)

1.Check whether the wiring of the small resistance on the circuit board is loose.

2.Check whether the middle contact ring is in good contact with the resistance wire.

3.Check whether the DC6V relay and the base are intact.

Diode or high-voltage transformer is abnormal

Pay attention to observe the current changes

The LY4J Relay electro-oxidation

Replace LY4J Relay

The switch at the eccentric wheel is in poor contact or damaged

Adjust or replace the micro switch

Too much dust on the copper cover and copper frame

Clean by air-gun

The timer is not set (showing 0)

Set baking time

The high-voltage output copper sheet in the machine is oxidized or the copper screw is loose (current indication does not exceed 0.5A)

Clean the copper sheet, tighten the screw

The diode, high-voltage transformer or electronic tube are damaged (current indication points to the right end)

Replace the part

The inlet of the fan is blocked by debris, which causes insensitive of wind pressure switch

Clean up the debris
