Here’s a quick guide to help you troubleshoot your automatic melamine ware polishing machine and keep it running smoothly. If the extraction (material pick-up) system isn’t working, follow these simple steps to diagnose and fix the issue.

Step 1: Check the Iron Sheet on the Suction Rail 

Inspect the two iron sheet on the suction rail. They interact with the machine’s sensors, so their alignment is critical.

Measure the distance from the bottom of the iron sheet to the bottom of the copper sheet on the suction assembly: it should be 22–22.5 cm.

- If the distance is over 22.5 cm, the material pick-up position may be off. 

- If it’s under 22 cm, the suction assembly could hit the top and get damaged.

Step 2: Test the Relay 

Check the relay connected to the sensor. When the iron sheet rises during extraction (within the 22–22.5 cm range), the relay should light up, indicating it’s working. 

- If the relay doesn’t light up, it may need replacement.
