We check the mould steel and standard spare parts to ensure their quality.

2. Mould Making Process Quality Control:

We verify the design and check each part's dimensions based on the 2D drawing. The mould undergoes testing at various stages.

3. Customer Requirement Check:

Before shipping the mould, we double-check it against your requirements to ensure satisfaction.

2. Quotation:

We will provide a quotation within 24 hours.

3. Order Placement:

You can use your own design or choose from our designs. Once you confirm the order, we will send you a schedule4. Mould Production:

All parts will be produced based on the design. We will build the according to your specifications Before processing, we will send the mould design for approval. You will also receive a sample before the final manufacturing.

5. Sample Approval:

If you are not satisfied with the first, we will modify the mould until it meets your requirements.

6. Product Availability:

If your required quantity exceeds our available stock, we will provide you with a lead time.

7. Delivery:

We offer delivery by sea or air, based on your preferences and requirements.
