Maintenance of High Frequency Preheater Machine:

1. Clear dust and debris from the processing chamber with an air gun during operation
2. Monthly: Blow dust and impurities out of the oscillation chamber, processing chamber and lower cabinet with an air gun.
3. Monthly: Wipe electrode rollers and insulation plates inside the processing chamber using volatile solvent (e.g. toluene).
4. Weekly: Inspect contact between phosphor bronze strips and brass contact plates on the upper lid. Polish surfaces immediately if blackening or oxidation occurs.
5. Weekly: Check connecting rod and flywheel alignment. Normal condition: Flywheel hole at top when lid closed; flywheel hole at bottom when lid open. Adjust internal micro switch promptly if misaligned.
6. Clean the air intake filter weekly or monthly based on operating conditions.
7. After daily power-on, disable High Voltage and run one empty cycle before production.
