Operation Procedure of Two-Color Powder Feeding Machine

• Check the machine, air circuit and sensors are in good condition. Turn on the main power. Do zero calibration for both independent weighing hoppers to guarantee weighing accuracy.
• Add two different colored melamine powder separately into two raw material hoppers.
• Enter two target weights, feeding speed, discharging sequence and cycle mode according to your two-color tableware recipe.
• After stable weighing, the two weighed powder portions discharge in the set order.
• The machine waits for the next trigger signal and repeats the weighing & discharging cycle, synchronized with the rhythm of the two-color press.
