High frequency preheating machine application:

2. The temperature of the object can be raised to 100~150°C within a few seconds to ten seconds, so that the hardening time of the object without preheating can be reduced by two to ten.

3. It can eliminate the bubble phenomenon during molding. Even preheating can prevent bubbles, stains and marks, increase product yield, improve appearance, and reduce defective products.

The softened substances formed by high-frequency preheating can easily flow to every corner of the mold, making the mold more durable and reducing defective products!

The maintenance of HF Preheating Machine

1. Clean the dust and moisture of the upper electrode plate, lower electrode plate and roller electrode. (at any time)

2. Check whether the grounding effect of the soft copper sheets on the four sides of the upper cover is good. (once a week)

3. Clean the dust filter. (once a week)

4. Clean the dust filter at the fan port. (once a month)

5. Use dry compressed air to purge the electronic tube and its surrounding capacitors, inductance coils, and fan (once or twice a month).

6. Clean the dust and dirt on all parts (once a month).

7. Check whether the capacitors, inductors and copper sheets in the tube oscillation box are in good contact.

Whether it is fastened (3 times a year).

8. Refuel the head cover motor reducer (once every 2 years).

9. Check whether the operation of the equipment is normal (once a month).
