As of March 24, the daily average price of spot 304/2B stainless steel flat plate 1.0*1219*2438 (tolerance 0.91) was 14,564.29 yuan/ton, down 1.26% from 14,750 yuan/ton at the beginning of the week, and down 23.83% year-on-year. The price trend of nickel and stainless steel is basically the same. Recently, the price of stainless steel and nickel has fallen, and the price of nickel has rebounded slightly. This week's stainless steel inventory totaled 1.3072 million tons, a decrease of 3.31% from last week, of which both cold-rolled and hot-rolled inventories fell. Since the cancellation of the price limit in South China Steel Mills on March 13, the prices of agents have been adjusted to the mainstream price in the market, and there is room for negotiation on real orders. Recently, the market has become more pessimistic, and the profit margins of the industrial chain have been squeezed from bottom to top. In February, the price of stainless steel fell less than that of nickel.
